Hey Dolls!

I’m Olivia, better known as Liv to all my friends and family. I’m an Atlanta-based content creator learning to live life on my own terms! I’m a girl who’s never really known where my future will go. I’ve tried many things and have been super successful at them. My heart has just never been in it and it’s been a struggle to find my happiness. Finally, I decided, I just need to find myself and let that lead the way.

…but , let’s back up to the beginning.

I was born in Augusta, GA and was raised by a single father, my aunt, and amazing grandpartents. I went to a wonderful fine arts school, Davidson Fine Arts where I danced and played piano most of the day. I was definitely lucky that 4 hours out of my school day, I could be free and I wasn’t stuck behind a desk taking tests. But my groundbreaking moment where I realized my passion was my Senior Showcase where I made a 10 piece collection of clothes for me and my friends. It was definitely show stopping and like nothing else my school had seen. The joy I felt that night, was perfection.

Fast Forward…

I went to college at the Kennesaw State University and majored in Accounting. I know, I know. Going from Fine Arts & Fashion to Accounting?! What was I thinking? I knew that wasn’t my passion, but it was safe and I knew I would always have a job. Now I’m running away from anything having to do with accounting including my bank account.

and now…

After college is when real life started. I lost myself. I realized I was living for everyone else but myself. We often get stuck in this checklist of life. For example I have to go college and get the degree, get the corporate job, be married by 25, kids by 30, and blah blah blah. That may be perfect for some and trust me, I used to be that girl, but after graduating I realized that wasn’t me…at all and God had other plans for me. After much thought and a couple of years of soul searching, I’ve realized all of my passions lied with skincare & fashion. This blog is my journey to re-discovering myself and creating content for both you and I to enjoy!
